Project Overview

Bayrli® creates award-winning reusable diapers for babies and eco-friendly products for women.

Bayrli® approached Thooja to create email automations focused on educating their customers to keep them for life. We achieved this by studying Bayrli®'s target customer, and then we wrote copy that focused on selling to the benefits of their pain points.

Since we started working together, Bayrli® was awarded EU Diaper Brand of the Year in 2023.

Leveraging Klaviyo's predictive analytics over when a contact is most likely to re-order, we created a flow that encouraged existing customers to return to Bayrli and place another order. We used Klaviyo's dynamic product recommendations to recommend the most popular products to maximise our conversion rates.

Because Bayrli® has a strong mission statement, we wanted to explain to shoppers why they should switch to using Bayrli's products (from disposable diapers). This approach performed much better than offering traditional abandoned cart flow discounts.
